I am going crazy trying to do a simple thing like cancel my account. They never activated my SIM and want me to respond to ID verification through my phone. I keep telling them my phone is not activated but they can't seem to understand. They will not deal with me through email and want me to send photos and ID through an SMS. Keep telling them the phone is not working. How do I cancel my account without a working phone?
