Cancellation Confirmation

Hi TPG,

Just wanting to confirm whether or not my cancellation request has been lodged. I have spoken to someone on the phone on 07/07/2023 at approximately 2.20-2.40pm (convo ref 71192715) and was told that it has been submitted for processing, and that I will be receiving an email with regards to returning of hardware. I've been checking my email and have yet to receive anything. Kindly confirm that my account has been cancelled and ensure that there will be no further deduction, as I have given more than the stipulated 7 days notice. Thanks.

Have they given you a specific date over the phone? Let's proceed in checking the status of your cancel request. Please PM us with your TPG username or customer ID and we'll go from there.
