Due to the COVID-19 crisis I've been forced to close part of my business. I have 6 active accounts and need to cancel 3 of them. Could you pease help.

I already downloaded the app, although there's no cancelation plan opition.

Due to the complex nature of multiple accounts, i have forwarded this on to our cancellations officers and someone will call you back ASAP.
You should have the service address', and usernames for each of the accounts you want cancelled or put on hold ready to tell the rep.
