Cancellation charges

Hi,

 

I submitted the cancellation of service via my TPG account online this month. I paid for the service through to end of September, well within 30 days notice..

 

However, I still received a separate charge without valid reason.I contacted the cancellation team via email but no respond.

 

Please look into the issue and assist me in cancellation and refund.
