Cancellation of 5G broadband

Hi guys,

I have mad calls several times but unable to get my things sort out. I want to cancel my new 5G broadband. I purchased plan of 100mbs bit I am receiving 3-4 mbs which is ridiculous. On the top that I am not getting any proper responses from the support. After calling always keep me hanging for hours. This so sad and upsetting where tpg service has headed.

Please cancel my 5G and take back this router.
