Hi, I have raised a cancellation request on 25th November 2022, but until now haven't received any confirmation for this.
I called TPG helpline services where they told me that my account is still active and nothing is happening for cancellation and after a long hold when my call was attended, I was just told by a lady that she will forward my request and cannot send me any confirmation email or message and the suddenly disconnected without even listening to me.
Also I have been charged for $65 when the service was supposed to be free for the first month.
TPG helpline is no help. The only option left is Australian consumer commission.
