Cancellation

I have tried to cancel my account now for a month. I am out of contract. I have lost my job . No money. Please ask Sheryl Razeba in your TIO Complaint Resolution Team to reply to at least one of the three emails, I have sent her over the past two weeks and have not received a reply.
