Hi There, I just move to a new house, it doesn't have NBN box because it has other provider coaxial cable.
Owner doesn't allow more holes in the walls, so I need to cancel my contract.
I have call a thousand times and always my calls are terminated, I have contacted the chat and no answer.
How can I cancel my contract, I can not use it but I'm paying for it.

It might just be that in your new house the type of NBN in that area is via NBN HFC which comes into the home via a Coax cable.
You could try and get your TPG NBN moved to the new address via the instructions listed here.
