Hello,

The vk.com website is blocked by TPG at DNS level and TPG is refusing to unblock it.

VK.com is accessible through other ISP's such as Optus, Vodafone and Telstra so you can transfer your internet services to them.

Another option is to use VK.com app on Android or Apple iOS devices.

Perhaps you can also try VPN (not tested). Hope this helps.

go to your modem/router page, set DNS server under lan settings in advanced to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8

(cloudflare and google)

and all you dns based blocking issues should go away

not just vk, but others as well that I cannot mention here which I can access perfectly fine

Hi All,

We'd like to check on this further.

Please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.

Also, please run a Ping and Tracert test using the TPG DNS and non TPG DNS as this will help with the investigation.

Once done, please send it via PM as well.

Thank you.

The issue might be related to Domain Name System (DNS) settings. TPG might be using different DNS servers than Telstra, and those servers could be having trouble resolving vk.com. You can try changing your DNS settings to a public DNS provider like Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220).
