Cannot content to organisations VPN

Signed up to TPG yesterday - my partner and I can no longer connect to our works VPN which controls our entire work interface, but have no issues accessing the VPN through hotspots and no issues using our personal devices for internet. Work IT says this is a TPG thing and they may be blocking the VPN? Need to know asap so I can cancel a get a refund. Cheers!
