Change of Plan and nbn disconnection

Are you aware that there is an issue with going online to cgabge residential plan from Basic to 25. As best I can figure this request resulted in our nbn connection being terminated / disconnected and it took almost 3 days to get reconnected with most of staff not having a clue what happened. After getting reconnected there was still an issue in your 'system' preventing a plan upgrade on account 7128772 !!!!
