Changing dates for yet another outage in St Ives

So we have yet another "planned" outage here in St Ives. Trouble is I've so far been told it was "planned" for the 20th, 19th, 18th, and now when it is actually out on the 19th, received another notification not to forget it will be out tomorrow, 20th. Apart from this clearly being the most maintained network in the entire country because it's has a full day outage for maintenance every other month, they can't even decide when it is happening!

Hi @davidtape, let's take a look at what this network maintenance is for and confirm the date on when it's suppose to take place. You can send your customer ID or username via private message so we can check the ticket related to your address.
