Connected, No Internet.

Our NBN box is flashing green on Upstream. Our WiFi says it's connected but no internet. I have turned in/off etc. How do I get this fixed?

What lights are on for both modems? Post pictures if that helps.

White box has Power, 2.4 & 5 lit.
Black box has Power & Downstream kit and the Upstream is flashing green. Nothing under Online.

It appears that there's an issue within the NBN network, which is why the case was escalated to our Engineering team for further investigation.
