Get online support
My Internet connection has been in this state of Connected without internet for the past 24 hours. I've attempted to reset the modem and wifi on it, attempted a wired connection without success.
Confirmed NBN in the area is working as a neighbour in the same complex is on TPG and its working
Tried the NBN service Test in the accounts section who did send an automated sms saying they are checking last night at 9.04pm, but got nothing since.
Have tried to get onto a call(using the 1300 720 016 number on the sms) but have been on hold for over an hour last night, and now over an hour this morning. Am still currently waiting, so it's been over 2 hours of waiting with no indication anyone will pick up.
Can someone please help urgently with this?
