Connection to World of Tank HONGKONG Server

For the last couple of week, I have been experiencing high latency issue to the HK server coneection. 

The high latency issue is possibly due to routing being changed to PER-SYD-HK, where it used to be PER-SG-HK. Is ther any reason why this has happened?

Ping is back to normal today, going pass the SG route to HK.
