Constant Drop Outs ADSL2

My adsl 2+ internet is usable but unstable. Often disconnects and reconnects in a few minutes. Very annoying when in middle of meetings.

outs when our modem flashes, and then reconnects after 30s-60s

I disconnected home phone line and tried different ADSL 2 filters and still no luck with stability.
Can you please help.
