Internet was done in the morning before work, came home in the afternoon, can’t seem to connect anymore, tried with different routers.

We've located your account using your Community details and seen that the case was already escalated to our Engineering team. They've detected a fault on the copper line which caused the issue. A Telstra technician has been requested to help us rectify the problem. Further updates will be given by them.
