Received a phone call regarding the free speed upgrade from nbn 50 to 100 for 12 months on the 21/05/24, said yes to it. But have yet been given a timeframe on when it's ready.

I also received a phone call regarding the upgrade as well on the 20/05, and I'm still listed as NBN 50.

Been having issues during and after planned outage in my area. Downstream bandwidth below 2Mbps while upload is not affected.

Yeah I am connected to the internet, no drop outs so far

I still have drop outs but not as frequent as few days ago. I wasn’t home when you replied to this message, so my router was off at the time.

Connection have been dropping out every 10mins or so, noise margin etc seems to be normal.

Internet was done in the morning before work, came home in the afternoon, can’t seem to connect anymore, tried with different routers.
