Remote tests showed drop outs on the connection however, we are yet to know the cause.
The issue is now raised to our Engineering team for further investigation. Please ensure to keep the modem turned on for remote testing purposes.

We just had our internet connected after a technician visit and connected our house to FTTC (it had never been activated).
We have been getting constant drops outs at least once an hour if not more, usually for 5 to 10 minutes. Extremely frustrating, could you please have a look into this.
