I'm sorry to hear about the service interruptions you've been experiencing and that the issue remains to be unresolved.

 

It appears that the issue yet again raised to NBN Co for further investigation. Our Engineering team awaits confirmation for the scheduled tech visit. Updates  will be provided either via phone call or SMS as soon as it becomes available.
