Constant intermittent glitches.

Not the router. Worked great all day, now Im getting fast glitches but fast reconnects. Gonna try AussieBB, if I get DC'd like I do here, its the cable, or my NBNco modem, and I'll be back.

Thanks Shane, I already told the tech who rang me last time out of nowhere, I don't have time to do anything over a phone. So no calls. I have to do a little bit of testing at a time to narrow it down.  It seems now I have narrowed it down to the NBNco opening up the Ultrafast plans to HFC and cable users. that is actually when I started having glitches....Or my NBNco Modem...

Can't really understand what you said, but, I thnk you were right about it being the modem...My router is sweet and it reconnects me superfast on its own. the old TPG router dropped its connection I had to keep turning the router on and off every few minutes. At least this AX11000 reconnects on its own...xD But yeah, looks like a NBNco modem or that lead in cable problem or NBN congestion on HFC..

yup its the modem. So over the last 2 weeks, Ive reset that NBNco modem twice and each time I did that, I got 1-2 days of no glitches..I started glitching worse and worse since yesterday. So today I reset the modem again, and have had no glitches...

How much for a dedicated fibre line?

We don't have any information on the price if you'll upgrade to the full fibre line.

I meant my own dedicated line. I got a quote but I needed an ABN for it. So anyway, I was testing a little bit more and it seems the lights on the Modem are always stable when I get glitched or DC'd and the router looks fine too, brand new AX11000 Archer. But still DC'd randomly.

 

160+ DC's over 3 days. And it happens most in the morning, I assume when everyone in my area awakes. I think I gotta cancel my service and check another ISP for now to see if it's the NBN or not.

We ran a test to the service it shows a stable connection for: 21h 51m. I am sad to learn that you're considering to cancel the serviice, send me your best contact number and preferred time we'll arrange our Account Specialists to contact you to discuss details of service termination.
