Phone line went dead, internet is working but at very low speed. Guess is copper wire got cut, and whilst broken for voice, the high frequence of adsl makes it jump the fault.
How can I contact TPG without phone line? Contact page only mentions phone numbers. No chat or email address
This is actually second time I have this issue. Same in September 2019.

Believe TPG contacted Telstra technician to check connection at the node.
Sent email to customer support and tech support. No reply yet.

Done a lot of testing with lines, splitters, no success.
Even tested phone and modem with neighbours where all is working.
