Hi there, we are new to NBN internet. I connected NBN box and modem which provided by TPG. Waited for a week, still got no internet. (Internet light on modem didn't come up). Called TPG technical support team a few times, but still didn't fix. We are paying services fee either ADSL and NBN, however, we got no services at all, and even the phone is not working as well. Please check ASAP. Thank you.
We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that your address is tagged as Service class 33 for the NBN FTTC connection. This can be remotely activated however, it appears that we are still not detecting both equipment.
