Hi TPG team,
The internet connection stopped working for the last 2 days. I have tried to restart modem a few times and still same issue. DSL connects but there is no green internet light on modem. I've contacted the support team. I have a technician coming tomorrow, but currently working from home and it's extremely difficult using the hotspot.
In desperation I went to got a new modem (DSL-AX82U) to see if that works. I've tried the usual configurations
WAN ->
VLAN ID: 2
Username
Password
But still no luck.
Any help would be appreciated. I copied the log file below
