Daily dropout issue

I’m in Kareela NSW, almost daily basis our internet drops off which is really affecting our working from home activities.
We rarely had an issue with our old place (Kirrawee), we moved to Kareela about 4 month ago. Our NBN changed from FTTP to HFC upon relocation. I use a modem router provided by TPG(Huawei HG659)
There doesn’t seem to be any pattern when it happens, could be in the morning or afternoon. It usually last 2-3 min.

If anyone knows what I can do to fix the issue it would be much appreciated.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: Troubleshooting No Internet Connection
