When I click on either 'Check Your Account Usage' or 'Check Your Account Usage (New & Improved)' in My Account, only the following message is displayed. How can I ascertain my NBN broadband data usage?
Usage not collected for the period 2022-08-14 to 2022-09-13
Usage not collected for the period 2022-07-14 to 2022-08-14
Usage not collected for the period 2022-06-14 to 2022-07-14

Usage reports are available online for customers who have chosen plans with download limits to assist them in managing their usage to avoid service throttling.
We do not provide usage reports online for customers who are on unlimited plans given that is not service affecting. That said we would be more than happy to take a look at your account and can provide you with a usage report. You can send your customer ID or username via private message.
