Data usage on FTTN account

Hi

I’d like to know the data usage on my account. I’ve logged into tpg and tried ‘Check your account usage’ both regular and new & improved. No data collected???

Please tell me how to check data usage on my account. Tfanks

The data usage is not available in TPG My Account if you are under an unlimited plan.

We can send the data usage report via Email, but it will only provide you the amount of the downloaded data.

Please send me a PM with the Email address that you prefer to receive the report.
