What can I do to fix daily 2-3 dropouts at 4152?

Still happening despite upgrading modem to DECO MEsh X50, and doubling my monthly subs to the 90-100plan.  Cannot understand why this is still occuring. 

Speed test pings at 22.  Download is constantly between 24 and 36. Upload is maximum 8.
