Cancel my account on 10 Dec and Delete my Credit card detail

I am writing to you for account cancellation, I want to cancel my account on 10 Dec, since I am moving out on that day. Please don't cancel my account any day before that (10 Dec), since I still need my internet until then. What your staffs did to my previous account was unacceptable. There should also be refund for this first month payment and that 30 days notice fee as you promised. However, none of these happened. Due to my last unpleasant cancellation with your customer service via phone, I decide to write to you via email.
 
Please also cancel my credit card detail along with this cancellation. 

I am more likely to report those previous unpleasant issues with ACCC or TIO, if you can't resolve my request smoothly and quickly.

all I asked is cancel my account on 10 Dec, why this is something so hard for you guys to do? 

I also sent a cancellation request on 3 Dec, and no one responded yet.

In the PM with you, you said you will raise this to customer relations team, I don't think this is their responsibility.

 

Please resolve this request as soon as possible before I update my complaints to TIO
