Service Termination

Hi,

I am moving from Blackburn to Ringwood. As the 5G Broadband is not covered in Ringwood, I would like to terminate the 5G Home Broadband service from TPG. The last service day would be 22 Dec 2022. Please kindly advice the procedure and returning the modem.
