all I asked is cancel my account on 10 Dec, why this is something so hard for you guys to do?
I also sent a cancellation request on 3 Dec, and no one responded yet.
In the PM with you, you said you will raise this to customer relations team, I don't think this is their responsibility.
Please resolve this request as soon as possible before I update my complaints to TIO
