Dropout of TP link Archer 1600V modem

Converted from ADSL to NBN (cable to the node) in October 2020. Over the past 4 weeks we have experienced NBN dropouts at least 2 to 3 times a day. DSL light starts flashing and after a minute or two, service restored. Is Modem faulty or is NBN at fault? Very frustrating. Viewed a number of posts but none recently. Any advice please.

The Send a private message does not work - No means of sending to Riezl??

As previously indicated, experiencing dropouts from NBN 2 to 3 times daily

We have checked the status of your connection and it appears to be stable at the moment. However, our system shows multiple connection drop outs in the last 14 days. 

 

We have made a line adjustment, which may help with the connection stability.
