the past 2-3 days ive been having my internet connection drop put intermittently multiple times per hour.

I was able to pull up an account using your email address and was able to see the dropouts that you've experienced. I have run some remote test and was not able to detect any issues on the network.
We'd like to look into it further to understand the situation. I will arrange a call from our Tech team today between 6:30PM and 7:30 PM SYD. If you have any preferred time to receive a call, please shoot me a private message so I can notify them.

Our Engineering team was trying to contact you, but you were unreachable. Please reply to the SMS that they've sent for them to book a TPG technician to help us in resolving the issue.
