Hi, I am moving house and after many years with TPG will need to cancel my broadband connection (I am not under contract). The person I am moving in with already has broadband with a different ISP (unfortunately). I receive a lot of mail at my TPG mail account. Is there a way I can retain my postoffice for a certain period at a reduced cost?

We regret to read that you need to terminate your service with us.
In order to keep the Email account, you may need to convert it to an IMAP email account.

Hi @BasilDV . I understand the difference between IMAP (2GB size, permanent duration) and POP3 (40MB size, 45 days). Why does this user need to change to $40 IMAP rather than stay on $27.50 POP3?

That is my bad as I was not able to provide the POP3 option.
