@BasilDV . Users were notified recently that the free webspace facility was being discontinued. It was mentioned in Community that TPG no longer offers an email facility to new users. Now, you're saying the email forwarding function is not available to any user, even those with an email account.
I have received no notification about this.
Removal of email facility and email forwarding seems to be a disincentive to join TPG in the first place or stay with them in the long term.
(Management might not have thought that when a user dies, and their house is to be sold, one of the things the executor would do is terminate the internet connection prior to selling. Without email forwarding, the executor has to advise all the senders to the deceased user of a substitute email address within the time frame of selling the house.)
