Email not delivered to my TPG

I have come across an issue where emails sent to any tpg.com.au email addresses are not being recieved when sent from a particular domain name.

 

Example:

1ourdomain1.com.au -> email sent to -> person1@tpg.com.au = not received by person1@tpg.com.au

1ourdomain1.com.au -> email sent to -> person2@tpg.com.au = not received by person2@tpg.com.au

2ourdomain2.com.au -> email sent to -> person1@tpg.com.au = SUCCESS

2ourdomain2.com.au -> email sent to -> person2@tpg.com.au = SUCCESS

 

Please note that there are no delivery failure messages sent back. The emails are also not in the users spam folders.

 

Our Exchange server logs show:

"The message was successfully handed off to a different email system. This is as far as we can track it."

 

Any help is appreciated.
