Email stopped working again

Looks like the email service has failed yet again.

 

Can't connect via Thunderbird or webpage.

Yes, same here. Can't access email via Thunderbird or the TPG post office. Smiley Sad

What error message are you receiving when you try to login via webmail/post office and Thunderbird?

 

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

It is working again now.

 

As for errors I didn't troubleshoot too far in Thunderbird as it just kept asking for password as it couldn't connect.

 

Trying the webpage it would just 'spin' and after a minute drop back to the login page. Like a timeout but no error. Again didn't dig too deep as I assumed the same problem as last week.

Can you try to login on both Thunderbird and Webmail again?

I think it said something like"credentials not recognised" or something similar.

 

It starting working again not long after I made my earlier post.
