Get online support
Hi,
I used TPG's website to try and setup email with the Windows 10 mail program. I did everything as the website but I get an error message saying "Error code: 0x8007139f." All other email programs such as Thunderbird do not work either. I am able to log into TPG's Post office. Can this be looked into please?

Did you check if you configured it with POP or IMAP?
If you are using your TPG Email address, then please use POP.
