My customer mailout emails are being blocked by TPG servers (550 5.7.23), these are email addresses we have sent mail to with no issues in the past, out of the 40 emails sent in the group 2 x @TPG.com.au emails were blocked while the others were delivered with no problem, we are using Outlook mail server and our own business domain. SPF Records have been updated recently.

In order to assist with the issue, kindly advise the TPG customers to report it with us or to our post masters.

This is not a viable solution, we have since found more TPG customers are having our emails blocked, this is not happening with any other service provider. The alternative option we have at this stage is to notify all our existing and new customers that @TPG.com.au emails are no longer supported, I don't believe this is an option your company would be happy with
