Emails send and not received or delivered

Hi

I am aware of emails that i have sent but never received by the person i sent them to and

Emails sent by another user which i have never received

Neither of the above are in my junk folder

Has anyone else experienced this problem as it seems to be occuring regularly and im particularly concer about email that i send which i never know are undelivered or emails sent to me which i am unaware of that i never receive.

Any feedback would be appreciated
