Everytime i try log in, it doesn't register

My apologies. I'm in and trying to change it now.
5 minutes have almost passed and this is all I'm getting. Is it normal to take a long time?

@apyleanne . Do you have a computer to do this rather than your phone?

When you login, try selecting Advanced. Basic might not allow changes.

Look in Wireless or Multi-SSID.

I don't know why it is stuck on that screen.
