Extremely slow Upload Speed

I’m experiencing upload speed of around 1 Mbps or less. NBNCO status page shows no outage or issues.
Download speed seems unaffected.
Any solutions for this issue?

This issue was a configuration issue in my wifi router and not the TPG service. I’m using my router as an AP but I didn’t realise it has a dedicated AP function thats needs to be enabled. The AP mode seems to deactivate the WAN settings, which restored my upload speed to normal.
