Hi TPG
In the past week, my FTTB connection with TPG dropped at a specific time period twice(around 6 am AEDT), which never happened before.
The logs on my router show that the ppp has been reconnected after few attempts.
The similar issue happened to me when I was in another country with another ISP. In that case, the ISP did so to renew IP distrbution.
Moreover, all lights on modem are normal between dropout and reconnection as I observed, Internet was down at that time, the whole process took few minutes.
My question is: Is it caused by something configured from TPG side?

Hi @jasonxiec137,
Yes it possible, since our TPG FTTB services with Dynamic IP address it could be the change of IP address caused the partial dropouts particularly when the modem/router's session is connected for more than a week.
I ran an initial test to the service it shows only 1 drop out. In the event that you will experience multiple dropouts for the new few days, let us know so we can arrange our Technicians for further test and investigations.
Regards,
