Hi there   My NBN 100 FTTP with TPG provided VX420-G2v modem gets disconnected and reconnected intermittently for a long time, few times per week. I have reached out to TPG Support on call before but no connection issue was identified at that time. So I retrieved the log file from the tp-link VX420-G2v modem and filtered the severity level (severer than Notice) as can be seen in the attached screenshots.   Moreover, I didn't request disconnection or reconnection from my end, the intermittent disconnection issues (it disconnects and reconnects in few minutes but causes internet down) are annoying and significantly undermined the overall experience as NBN 100 plan (FTTP) is supposed to be reliable with minimal down time. Current Plan: FTTB M Bundle Issue Abnormal high ping with my TPG FTTB network, started around 20:00PM 29/08/2019. My normal ping value is about 16ms to tpg.com.au and other local addresses in Sydney with 0 packet loss. Current abnormal high ping time varies from 80ms to 130ms with 2% pack losses when I ping tpg.com.au and other local addresses in Sydney. Restarted my router and I can guarantee there is nothing wrong on my side. Current Plan: FTTB M Bundle Context Moved into current apartment 2 weeks ago, heard about the TPG FTTB speed of 90+Mbps down and 35+Mbps up before. Found a lot of TPG FTTP customers on ‘whirlpool.net.au’ who posted their speedtest results with approx. 93Mbps downstream speed in high-rise buildings. So I chose the TPG FTTB plan and it was installed 3 days ago.  Issue I can not achieve 90Mbps downstream speed via cat5e ethernet cable all the time and the default tplink-VR1600v modem reported some errors with my DSL connection. Additionally, I'm a perfectionist of internet speed and have done some prior research on VDSL2.0. Have checked the internal DSL sockets in my apartment as well as the junction box. As far as I can tell the issue is not due to the length of the cable from MDF room to my apartment. Suspect that the unreliable wiring in the MDF room may causes this issue.
