FTTC Modem Connection Light Flashing Red and Clicking Sound

Hi,

 

My internet is down since yesterday and it won't reconnect.

 

The connection light is flashing red and the modem is making a clicking sound.

 

I raised a fault in the TPG app.

 

Can someone here please help?

We'd like to check the status of the fault that you've raised via TPG Application.

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.

When I click on your name it takes me to your profile but I can't see an option to PM you.

I can see my fault status has been updated now.
