FTTC NBN NCD Connection Light Flashing RED

Have checked NBN website with my address and no outage reported.
I have turned power off overnight and done a reset but no change.
Do I phone TPG for support?

I should mention this happened during a storm and lots of rain.

If you are on FTTP is the 'connection' light in fact labelled 'Optical' and second from the left? If so, give a TPG mod a PM. They will arrange for NBN to investigate and possibly replace your NTD.

Thanks for replying, optical not written anywhere, choices from left to right are LAN DSL then connection link (flashing red) and power on blue light.
They are the only 2 lights on.

Sounds like there is no signal on the NCD. Send us a private message and we'll pull up your account to run remote tests.
