FTTC NBN lights

NBN box connection light is blue and flashing and no DSL light after I have tried to reset it by unplugged both power of NBN box & modem. I checked the service status via TPG app. Modem and internet are both red cross (it said they are offline) and voice service is green ticked. However, I tried to call but unable to connect and heard the error code #OCA0188.

Here's some guide on how to set up your equipment:

 

 

Nonetheless, I have raised the issue to our Engineering Team for further investigation. Please ensure to leave the equipment connected and turned on for remote testing purposes. 

 

Updates will be provided via phone call or SMS.
