FTTC nbn connection light flashing blue and clicking

Internet connection problem: No internet.
Diagnosis;
LAN : OFF
DSL: OFF
Connection: flashing Blue, resets (clicking), keeps going in this cycle.
POWER: Blue, steady

Speed Test History.
26-NOV-22 11:22pm 23.16 Mbps

Connection Status.
Modem detected: red X
Data: red X
Voice service: green tick

Please explain how you can have speed tests while modem is not detected, and there's no data transmission.
Note that I do not have VOIP phone so call me on my mobile instead.
I WFH and need the service restored immediately.
