FTTN changed to FTTP now daily disconnects multiple support requests no fix logs in post

Ill check the facebook link had a dropout last night at 2am but none the day before.

3 disconnects in one day and now 3 days stable doesn't make sense.

A few days wiithout disconnects but just after midnight today another very strange why it is happening.

This is for my record only and TPG tracking. Had TPG technician today who was helpful come out to the home. He did test on packet loss which was zero and speed fine, latency fine too. He put pin in NBN box and did hard reset and also for modem which is a second one I had of the exact same model. Also to make sure changed the LAN cable from WAN port to the NBN box. Now all hardware beyound the NBN box is NEW. So if there is a problem it is the NBN box or beyond that is the problem. 

He checked EWAN profile was auto configued correctly which it was. 

I will monitor over the next week to see if any dropouts happen and if so was told they will hand it over to NBN to diagnose and fix. So internet light goes out when dropout occours and modem has to re-authenticate. He had a look at disconnect logs I have recorded and took a picutre which his phone of three disconnects in one day. 
First time I have done a hard reset on the NBN box would be nice if that fixed it or a rare problem with LAN cable being faulty. Will see.

I had a TPG technician come out yesterday and reset NBN and Modem and I even put in a new lan cable to be sure. He said if I get another disconnect it is an NBN problem. He did a detailed report. So it is either faulty NBN box, port at the exchange but all is fine as this end even the router was replaced which I had two off from you guys. This morning another disconnect logged by router. He said to contact you and you would then send in problem to the NBN side to fix.
