FTTN connection dropped out

This afternoon my FTTN broadband connection dropped out suddenly and rebooting the modem/router a few times just gives a flashing DSL light and no active internet light. Going into the router configuration shows a failure to establish line sync.

I have had a similar problem like this a few times before and each time it was traced to a fault in the copper pairs.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Not surisingly. It's definitely the weakest link in the chain. I had an intermittent problem until I went to FTTP

No response - it still says testing and no SMS.

I can't even login with the TPG App - rejects credentials which work with the website account login. All I want is to report a possible fault!
